Our camera works just like a traditional disposable camera but with a twist. It comes equipped with a light sensor that turns the manual flash into an automatic one, helping to prevent blank or poorly lit photos. Once you've used up the film, simply return the camera to us in the provided box, and we'll take care of the rest, from developing your photos to preparing the camera for its next adventure.


How do I return the camera once I've used all the film?

Returning your camera is a breeze. Your purchase comes with a pre-labelled return box. Once you've snapped all your photos, place the camera back in this box and mail it back to us. We'll handle the film processing and ensure the camera is ready to capture more memories in the future.


Can I choose to receive physical photo prints instead of digital copies?

Yes, you have the option to receive physical photo prints. When purchasing or registering your camera online, you can select your preference for receiving just digital copies or digital copies in addition to physical prints through the mail.

What is the quality of photos taken with a FOTOFOTO camera?

What type of film do you use?

We take pride in using ECN2 movie film in our cameras. This isn't your ordinary film stock; it's traditionally used in the motion picture industry, renowned for its rich color reproduction and finer grain. By using this high-quality film, we ensure that each photograph you take is not just a memory captured but a piece of art.


What is the best range to shoot at?

For the best results, we recommend shooting subjects that are within a range of 3 to 10 feet. This distance allows for sharp focus and optimal exposure, helping you capture your moments in the best possible light.


How do I know when to use the flash on my FOTOFOTO camera?

You don't have to worry about this! The light sensor integrated into the FOTOFOTO camera automatically activates the flash when necessary, taking the guesswork out of using a flash and ensuring that your photos come out beautifully, no matter the lighting conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

What is the turnaround time for processing and receiving my photos?

From the moment you ship the cameras back to us, it usually takes 5-7 business days for your digital photos to be ready. If you opt for physical prints, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

You can track the status of your camera's processing through your account on our website. We regularly update the status to keep you informed about each step of the process, from receiving the camera to sending out the digital links or physical prints.


What if my camera gets damaged or lost in transit?

We understand that sometimes accidents happen. If your camera gets lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to find a solution, which might include offering a replacement or refund.
